These might not be the first words you think of when you think about someone who is struggling with depression. However, our August Education seminar will help anyone who has ever had a personal or familial encounter with mental health issues. And let’s face it. We ALL know someone who has been through this journey. Just as critical to our overall well-being as our physical health, our mental health affects our relationships, our productivity, our outlook, and every part of our personal and professional lives.
