This course provides an overview of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and the professional standards expected of REALTORS® in their daily business practices. Participants will review ethical responsibilities to clients, customers, the public, and fellow REALTORS®, as well as principles of honesty, integrity, fair housing, confidentiality, and professional conduct. Through discussion of real-world scenarios and ethical decision-making, attendees will gain a better understanding of how the Code of Ethics guides professional behavior and helps maintain public trust in the real estate industry.
