DescriptionLocation The annual Leadership Orientation provides incoming Executive Officers, Directors, and Committee Chairs with the knowledge and resources necessary to fulfill their leadership roles effectively. The first portion of the program will focus on leadership training, governance responsibilities, strategic objectives, and the expectations of service within the Association. This session will ensure all leaders are equipped to uphold the Association’s mission and operate in accordance with its policies and procedures. Following the formal training, attendees will participate in a brewery tour and beer tasting, accompanied by appetizers. This portion of the event offers an opportunity for networking and relationship-building among the Association’s leadership team.
