This Contract Changes CE Class will be held on January 29 at First National Community Bank in Rome from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This course will review changes to current GAR forms for the coming year and introduce newly added forms and special stipulations. Upon completion, students will be able to better understand and interpret the proper use of GAR forms in accordance with GAR licensing requirements. The class is approved for 3 hours of CE credit through GAR and provides credit for both Real Estate Licensees and Real Estate Instructors. The course is Broker Certified and will be instructed by Judge D. Parker. The class is free for members and $40 for non-members. No walk-ins will be accepted; registration is required.
