Since we are meeting through Zoom we are planning to utilize a polling mechanism for voting. In order for the polling to work properly, you will need to be logged in through the Zoom app either on your computer or phone but you will not be able to use it if you call-in.  If you plan to be at the office that day please be mindful that we will be discussing confidential and private information. Try to set yourself up in a private conference room or in your office with the door closed, and plan to use earphones or headsets.  That way others who might be around or walking by will not overhear any sensitive conversations during this meeting.
