When a client’s next home can’t wait for their current one to sell, REALTORS® need practical solutions. This 3-hour Georgia CE course explores Buy Before You Sell and bridge-style equity strategies that allow clients to purchase before selling.

You’ll learn how these programs work, when they make sense, and the REALTOR®’s role in managing timelines, risk, and transaction flow. Real-world examples show how to guide clients confidently through both sides of the transaction while reducing uncertainty and contingency-related stress.

This 3-hour CE course provides Georgia real estate licensees with an overview of Buy Before You Sell and bridge-style equity programs that allow clients to purchase a new home before selling their current one. Participants will learn how these programs function, including eligibility requirements, timelines, fees, and the REALTOR®’s role in managing transaction flow and risk.

The course examines how Buy Before You Sell strategies remove home sale contingencies, strengthen purchase offers, and reduce the need for temporary housing. Case-based examples will illustrate how REALTORS® collaborate with lender partners and guide clients through both the purchase and sale phases of the transaction.

By the end of this session, participants will understand the structure and eligibility requirements, as well as the REALTOR® role, in Buy Before You Sell and bridge-style equity programs that allow clients to purchase before selling.
