This special evening will feature a rejuvenating sound bath led by the talented Tay Lang, promising an evening of relaxation and renewal. Please bring your yoga mat! In addition to the sound bath experience, we will be serving wine and light snacks to enhance your enjoyment of the evening. It's a fantastic opportunity to unwind, connect with fellow members, and take a moment for yourself amidst the hustle and bustle.
