At Home With Diversity (AHWD) is an educational opportunity designed to highlight the changing face of the real estate industry for brokers, agents, association executives, and anyone involved in the profession. This course helps real estate professionals increase their sensitivity and adaptability to future market trends by addressing issues of diversity, fair housing, and cultural differences. Participants will gain practical skills and tools to expand their business and effectively serve all cultural groups.

Through AHWD, REALTORS® learn how to assess and understand the attributes of diversity in local markets and their impact on the industry, develop the competencies needed to earn the confidence of all buyers and sellers regardless of background, and build business plans that minimize risk while successfully serving every type of client. The course also satisfies NAR's Fair housing Requirement.   AHWD certification and GAR scholarship information are available. This class is certified for 6 continuing education courses through GAR!
