DescriptionLocationInstructors Participants will be educated on the changes to Federal Law which will change the Residential closing process dramatically. We will explore, analyze and discuss the current changes. Participants will be taught how to recognize and address their legal and ethical duties as it relates to the new changes. We will walk the participants from the start to end of this expansive topic and deal with the legal reasons for the change, the new laws which will govern residential real estate closing and its participants, such as Realtors, and we will discuss the role of the real estate agent under this new legal structure. In addition to the power point the legal authorities will be provided which back up the reasons for the changes.
