Not Full Details » The Westside submarket of Atlanta has been one of the city’s fastest growing submarkets over the past few years, especially since the announcement of the newly anticipated Beltline park at Bellwood Quarry. Along with residential and commercial increases in demand, the market has seen a recent peak in adaptive re-use and ground up development along the upper and lower side of the Westside market. In addition to customer demand, the Westside continues to be an attractive submarket for real estate owners and developers. The purpose of this program will be to provide participants with a better understanding of why the West Atlanta Submarket has grown rapidly in recent years, market fundamentals that make it attractive to office users and owners, and the underlying principles behind the revitalization of this sector of the City.
