This 3-hour course is about minimizing your risk. Are you writing valid and enforceable contracts? Does the seller understand the importance of property disclosure? What are the consumer brochures and how do you use them? Besides License Law and Rules & Regulations what laws do I need to know? Did someone say “Antitrust”? When should I terminate an agreement? Requirements for participating in a virtual class:

• Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
• You need to set up a free Zoom account prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
• You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during the 15-minute break) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.

Vickie Rogers

A veteran with 29 years in the real estate industry. Vickie has been a salesperson, an associate broker and broker/owner. She has worked with independent boutique brokerages, owned a couple of franchise brokerages, worked for other franchises, and currently is Broker/Owner of Vickie Rogers Realty. She has held a broker’s license in Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida, and has been teaching for more than 20 years.

Vickie has taught for the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and many REALTOR® associations. She has taught pre-license courses, GRI designation courses, NAR’s GREEN designation course, and numerous CE courses that she created and developed.
