Joi Bostic Joi BosticThroughout her childhood, Joi Bostic was constantly told that she would grow up and become a teacher. Little Joi never liked nor embraced this prophecy. Instead she followed a corporate America track by working for The Coca-Cola Company, obtaining her BA in Economics with a concentration in Marketing Management and then her MBA in Decision Sciences and Marketing as an Exxon Fellow. However, when faced with the decision of following the corporate track, Joi chose to go finally embrace the “prophecy” spoken over her life. In 1988, Joi began the exciting journey down the halls of learning. Since then she has taught college credit courses, traveled the country delivering workshops and seminars and designed hundreds of courses and workshops. Joi’s goal in instructing is to insure that learning takes place in an enjoyable safe environment and each student walks away with an understanding of the material. Joi Bostic entered the field of real estate after a rewarding career in higher education arenas. Over the 16 years walking the halls of learning, Joi taught university credit courses, traveled the country delivering workshops and seminars and designed hundreds of courses and workshops. Currently, Joi holds a real estate broker and instructor license with the completion of other courses including appraisal, home construction, real estate investment and pest management. In her real estate practice, Joi’s business is comprised mostly of listings for sellers and landlords. n/a
