DescriptionLocationInstructors The Georgia License Law and the Community Association Management Industry Students will learn the differences and similarities among the different types of real estate licenses offered by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. We will explore how a person can provide Community Association Management Services while being exempt from the License Law. Students will understand to whom a real estate licensee owes a duty and what happens if a conflict arises between the licensee’s broker and client. Students also will learn about the international trade organization called Community Associations Institute and how the organization can help them gain professional knowledge and training.
