Midtown is one of the city’s premier office sub-markets and major job centers with one of the fastest growing residential populations, all amongst a vibrant, authentic and walkable urban environment. The purpose of this program will be to provide participants with a better understanding of why Midtown is being defined as the leader for innovation hubs and the magnet for young and educated workforces, where startups and established businesses alike are planting their roots and growing. The agenda begins with two panel discussions, with the first highlighting new developments and revitalization shaping the streets along Peachtree and Tech Square, followed by a discussion focused on the factors that are attracting people and businesses to Midtown and what the foreseen future of Midtown is.
