Homes located in the southeastern United States require attention at eight key points to be successful: more healthy, comfortable, efficient. Join us to review these eight key points, how to prioritize them using modeling and the decisions surrounding them. We'll see better homes don't cost more to build and are less expensive to operate while being (much) better indoor environments for the families who live in them. You can apply these methods to new construction and renovation projects. We'll conclude with a review of how to communicate the value of a better home so that value created in design and construction isn't t lost in listing descriptions, MLS inputs, appraisals, walk-through videos and open houses.
