This three hour course will focus on the key attributes fueling the growth of the Atlanta Midtown area – one of the most concentrated areas of prolific development in commercial real estate. In the last 20 years, Midtown has actually added more than 100 major buildings to the Atlanta skyline, with spaces being filled by prominent corporate citizens such as NCR, Norfolk Southern, Google, Microsoft, and Anthem. This unique opportunity will give the members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® to hear from the developers, owners and clients that now call Midtown home, as well as the chance to tour several facilities, with the brokers and leasing teams that made these deals happen.

11:30 am - 4:30 pm

The CE Class, Lunch and Happy Hour will take place at Promenade Central. 

Bus Stops include 14th & Spring St., Midtown Union, and Spring Quarter along with a Drive-By of Tower Square.
