The information contained in these eight 3-hour courses will reinvigorate you and confirm that you are using the skills and steps necessary for a successful commercial real estate career, even if you are a very experienced commercial licensee. Additionally, the final 3-hour module meets the requirements of the GA Real Estate Commission's license law mandate for license renewal and is designed to keep licensees out of trouble.

Ann Cyphers

Ann Cyphers is president of Cyphers Brokerage Associates, Inc., an Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm. During her 30-year career, she has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of leases and sales transactions. Ann has been a licensed instructor for 25 years teaching prelicense, broker, post license and continuing education courses.

Ms. Cyphers accomplished NAIOP's (National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners) Million Dollar Club membership and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Ann has served on the Board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as Vice President of Community Affairs and received CREW's Development Deal of the Year Award 2004 and CREW's Shining Light Award. Ann received Ackerman & Company's Landlord Representation Award and has been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Who's Who" List. Additionally, she has served on Dorey's advisory board and the board of Progressive Redevelopment, an Atlanta based affordable housing developer. GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) recently awarded her The Outstanding Career Award.
