Velda Simpson
As an Associate Broker, property management and real estate consulting profession with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Velda Simpson brings her attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and keen negotiating skills to her working relationships. Velda is the Property Management Director at Kairos Development Corporation, and An Associate Broker with Kairos Realty Advisors an Atlanta-based company she has worked with since 2002.

Velda’s commitment to excellence is evident in her passion for professional development, both for herself, and others. In addition to her BBA from Brenau University in Gainesville, GA and her MBA from Troy University, Velda continues her focus on superior continuing education and professional development by seeking out and earning prestigious designations, including CPM (Certified Property Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager). Ms. Simpson is also a State of Georgia Certified Pre-License Real Estate Instructor and serves as an adjunct instructor at Kennesaw State University; College of Continuing and Professional Education, an ETHIC 800 Facilitator with IREM GA, Sale Pre-License Instructor for Georgia Institute of Real Estate and an adjunct instructor at Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
