He was an on-site builder for over 15 years with John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods; a Project Manager, managing multiple builders in multiple locations closing up to 300 homes yearly; VP of Sales and Marketing, managing multiple sales associates over 6 different communities with a volume of $100,000,000 in sales; starting and managing a division of Stratland Homes; starting SR Homes as Chief Operations Officer and growing the company from 12 employees and 18 closings to over 50 employees and 100 closing in less than 4 years. Bobby is currently VP of Construction for Rockhaven Homes in Atlanta. He is a Train-the-Trainer for the National Association of Home Builders and teaches classes, which include Scheduling, Quality Construction, Sales and Marketing, for home builders.
