DescriptionLocationCancellation Policy NAR sets the “gold” for professional standard of conduct in the real estate industry. This course gives a brief history of NAR to understand how they incorporated and why. All seventeen articles are covered. Case studies are reviewed to show the intent of the articles. Come connect to Code of Ethics. This course fulfills NAR's Code of Ethics Training Requirement for REALTORS® members. All REALTORS® are required to complete Code of Ethics Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Fair Housing / Anti Bias training timeline. New members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) are required to complete a Code of Ethics course within their first six months of membership.
