Stinkin' Thinkin' is a fresh, new course designed to teach you how to understand fair housing and its impact on communities.  Fair housing law establishes equal treatment for everyone as the standard.  Social stigmas, personal biases and stereotypes can subconsciously affect the way we do business.  The perception of biased treatment will lead to trouble.  While sensitivity to diverse cultures leads to inclusion, which increases the quality of life for all in the community.
You'll learn how to discuss and define the 7 classes addressed by Fair Housing and Article 10 of the Code of Ethics.  All students will be able to interpret and identify the differences between race, color and national origin as well as cultivate a deeper knowledge and understanding of the fair housing laws.  Additionally, you will develop your ability to write non-discriminatory advertising.
