Gary Lee
Licensed in 1998, Gary started out as an buyers' assistant and then was ready to be a full agent in 2000. In 2006, he acquired his Broker License and has served as an associate broker at a large south Atlanta company. Gary is now a partner in a fast growing Property Management company on the south side of Atlanta. Gary has continued to succeed in a variety of ways. While producing sales, he has also held multiple positions with the Metro South Board of REALTORS®, National Association of Property Managers, and even Chapter President of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. Gary's out of the box thinking, brings a different approach to real estate.

Joe Kennedy, ABR, ASR, CBR, C-CREC, DREI
Joe has been involved in real estate education since 1977. During his real estate career, he has served as director of several of Georgia's prominent real estate education providers. Joe is a Past President of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, as well as the Region 5 Past President of the National Real Estate Educators Association. He remains active in both his real estate practice and in education and firmly believes "One must be active in the industry to become not only an effective educator, but an effective mentor." Joe holds numerous professional designations and is the founder of the Accredited Seller Representative (ASR) designation.
