DescriptionLocationInstructors This course will cover the history of the Code of Ethics, describe agency with emphasis on representing the buyer, list the major article of the Code, identify possible disciplinary actions for a violation and describe the professional standards enforcement process. This course satisfies the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2021. **THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE VIRTUALLY VIA ZOOM** Your class information and Zoom link will be sent to you after registration, prior to class. She has held a broker’s license in Georgia, Mississippi, and Florida, and has been teaching for more than 20 years. Vickie has taught for the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS®, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and many REALTOR® associations. She has taught pre-license courses, GRI designation courses, NAR’s GREEN designation course, and numerous CE courses that she created and developed.
