Ann has been a licensed instructor for 25 years teaching prelicense, broker, post license and continuing education courses.Ms. Cyphers accomplished NAIOP's (National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners) Million Dollar Club membership and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Ann has served on the Board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as Vice President of Community Affairs and received CREW's Development Deal of the Year Award 2004 and CREW's Shining Light Award.
