SAFE is a program dedicated to teaching everyone awareness, survival, evasion, resistance and escape techniques used by experts in live situations. The SAFE techniques can be customized to the individual or an organization's needs. They are simple yet extraordinarily effective. The method of instruction is interactive, demonstrative and requires participation. SAFE was created to give virtually everyone a fighting chance to identify a threatening situation, surprise, temporarily disable or escape from an assailant or eminent danger.

He has a Black Belt in Judo, as well as a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Mixed Martial Arts. He is skilled in Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape. Bob specializes in take down and control, joint manipulation, weapon retention and defensive and offensive knife fighting.
