In this course students will gain insights and share in lessons learned by the instructor during the execution of his real-world client assignments. Five specific large and small assignments for large and small clients will be discussed - transactions involving new leases, lease renewals, and dispositions for office and industrial properties.

Ed Riggins started his commercial real estate career in 1984 and has been teaching CRE courses and speaking professionally since 2001.  He has often been among Cresa's top producers locally and nationally.  Riggins is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, is among less than 1% of practitioners nationally to hold both the SIOR and CCIM designations, has been named among "Commercial Real Estate Who's Who" by the Atlanta Business Chronicle, and a "Power Broker" twice by Costar.  Riggins has served on the Board of Governors of the Georgia Institute of Real Estate and the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Chapter of NAIOP.  He is a graduate of Auburn University, has completed Harvard's program on negotiation, and has performed live standup and improv comedy.  Check out my video clips »
