Kristy Serkedakis
Kristy Serkedakis obtained her real estate license in 1973 and has been involved in all phases of real estate: listing, selling, recruiting, managing, training, coaching and relocation. Kristy has taught pre-license, post license and continuing education classes continuously since 1977. Her students consistently indicate that she makes learning fun and is able to make difficult concepts easy to understand. Kristy owned a multi-office Century 21 company in North Atlanta for over 30 years and, after a merger, has been with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers since 2009. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers is a HUD Listing Broker and Kristy oversees its HUD listing program.
