DescriptionLocationInstructors This class introduces four key components of commercial sales transactions - broker, seller, buyer and contract. Qualities and skills of what clients look for when utilizing the services of a broker will be identified. You will also identify types of sellers, seller needs, types of listings and necessary components of a listing agreement. You will be introduced to a marketing plan and marketing flyer. Utilizing an example, capital gains tax consequences of a sale will be calculated. Key components of a 1031 Exchange will be discussed and you will calculate tax savings. You will identify types of buyers, buyer needs and establish a process and timeline for purchase transactions. Essential elements of a commercial purchase and sales agreements will be identified with discussion of other clauses.
