This program helps licensees gain the skills to create a high trust environment and bring these parties together for a mutually beneficial lease agreement. Attendees learn about the key terms common to most lease agreements, as well as the legal terms that are beyond their expertise as licensees. Program participants will walk step by step through a "typical" lease timeline, learn how a Landlord might calculate their investment return, and learn which key lease terms to negotiate.
