Deb Coble The READY program equips real estate professionals with essential safety skills, focusing on awareness, self-defense, and mental preparedness to stay safe on the job. The course highlights three core areas: Recognizing Intentions: Learn to trust instincts, recognize danger signs, and assess behaviors that may indicate potential threats. Empowering Yourself: Gain knowledge and tools for handling high-stress situations, such as managing heart rate, mental scripting, and combat breathing. Defending Against Harm: Implement safety protocols for personal protection and client interactions. Topics include self-awareness, distress codes, client identification procedures, and safe practices in various environments (e.g., open houses, vacant properties). She has extensive experience as a Detective specializing in Crimes Against Women and Children. She has spent over 12 years managing Community Services Programs at the Johns Creek Police Department, emphasizing safety and crime prevention. Currently serving as the Communications Lieutenant under the Office of the Chief, Deb has developed specialized courses addressing crimes against women and children, Active Shooter Response, REALTOR® Safety, and Resiliency for Real Estate Agents.A certified Defensive Tactics Instructor, ALERRT Instructor, Crisis/Hostage Negotiator, and Georgia Resiliency Program Master Instructor, Deb’s experience has driven her passion to teach about safety, self-defense, and self-empowerment.
