The Atlanta REALTORS® Association and First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) are proud to present the 13th Annual Atlanta Real Estate Outlook! This event showcases an analysis of market trends from 2023 followed by an informative discussion and focus on 2024.

Featuring Keynote Speaker Mike Carnathan, Manager, Research & Analytics Group, Atlanta Regional Commission

And, a "Crystal Ball Housing Panel" including:  Josh Humphries, Senior Housing Policy Advisor to the Mayor, City of Atlanta; Bill Lisecki, 2024 President, Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association; Lane McCormack, CEO, Ansley Real Estate; and Ashani O'Mard, Senior Vice President, Strategic Housing Investments, Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership. Moderated by David Rubinger, Publisher of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Registration: $20 per person in advance; $25 day of

Location: Flourish in Buckhead (3143 Maple Drive, Atlanta 30305). Due to limited parking at Flourish, overflow parking will be available at 3220 Peachtree Road with shuttle buses to transport attendees to and from the event.
