Understanding the Client is as important as understanding the Real Estate. Most brokers spend 90% of their time figuring out the sticks and bricks and very little time knowing why their client has employed them. This course will supply the tools to the broker to be more professional, through the use of strategic client questioning, listening and understanding. The proper use of questioning will give the professional broker a new understanding of his/her client and open new alternatives to marketing the listed real estate.

AGREE members, to register, please contact CAPITUS at 404.252.6768. If you do not need CE, there is a $10 discount. Lunch is included in the registration price.

$99 or $125 after October 25

Please Note: If you have previously taken this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.
