You'll leave equipped to understand how certain behaviors can impact real estate decisions. This course fulfills NAR's Fair Housing Training Requirement for REALTORS® members. All REALTORS® are required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline. After a distinguished career in the United States Army, she retired as a Sergeant First Class/E-7. In 1998, Sharon earned her real estate license and her passion for the field led her to become a real estate educator in 2007. She now teaches a variety of courses, including Pre-license, Post-license, Continuing Education, Broker's Responsibilities and four certification classes. Sharon's dedication and expertise have earned her numerous accolades, including the Instructor Rising Star Award, the Kanter Real Estate Hall of Fame, Savannah Area Realtor of the Year 2023, TAP Academy Instructor of the Year 2023. All the while, she continues to achieve being a Member of Distinguished Sales Society. Her most recent achievement is being named the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association Educator of the Year 2024.
