Understanding the Code of Ethics and its requirements makes us better REALTORS®. This course will walk REALTORS® through the articles of the Code with emphasis on the most misunderstood and/or are most violated. Bringing the very best representation to our buyer and seller clients is our number one goal and following the Code can help you do that. This course also provides REALTORS® with a reliable reference for guidance in dealing with complex situations in today’s day to day practice of real estate. Students will learn how the Code of Ethics compares with the concept of general business ethics.

YouTube LIVE course hosted at the Atlanta REALTORS® Center.
This LIVE course is presented through YouTube Live Stream Video with REALTORS® participating from around the U.S. The course will be interactive with Instructor, Leigh Brown. You must be on time, sign-in, and present the entire class in order to receive GA CE credit & NAR biennial COE credit.

This course satisfies the NAR Biennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2021.
