This course is designed to conquer the fear of math for the salesperson prelicense student. The course provides the tools needed to pass the math portion of the school and state final exams in a simple straightforward method. Learn the EASY way to calculate taxes, prorations, valuation/market sales price, yields, points, origination fees, monthly payments, amortization, NOI, capitalization and more.

Please Note: If you have previously taken this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.

Your class information and Zoom link will be sent to you after registration, prior to class.

Requirements for participating in a virtual class:

  • Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
  • You need to set up a free Zoom account prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
  • You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during the 15-minute break) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.

Ann Cyphers

Ann Cyphers is president of Cyphers Brokerage Associates, Inc., an Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm. During her 30-year career, she has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of leases and sales transactions. Ann has been a licensed instructor for 25 years teaching prelicense, broker, post license and continuing education courses.

Ms. Cyphers accomplished NAIOP's (National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners) Million Dollar Club membership and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Ann has served on the Board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as Vice President of Community Affairs and received CREW's Development Deal of the Year Award 2004 and CREW's Shining Light Award. Ann received Ackerman & Company's Landlord Representation Award and has been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Who's Who" List. Additionally, she has served on Dorey's advisory board and the board of Progressive Redevelopment, an Atlanta based affordable housing developer. GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) recently awarded her The Outstanding Career Award.
