Requirements for participating in a virtual class:

• Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
• You need to set up a free Zoom account prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
• You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during the 15-minute break) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.

Tamalla Mallet

Tamalla Mallet is a teacher that has worked in various industries during the last 35 plus years. She has worked for over 25 years managing people and processes and focused her time in the real estate industry from 2001 onward. She became licensed in 2001, became a Broker in 2004 and a licensed real estate instructor in 2006. She also began working in the community association field in 2009.

Tamalla has more than 20 years’ experience coaching, consulting and training individuals and companies attuning them to opportunities for success at all levels. She is presently owner and Qualifying Broker of FSBO Realty, LLC which is a referral company and owner of Learning You Education, LLC which specializes in actively coaching, training and educating individuals and groups, equipping and inspiring them to move forward positively, elevating their life experiences both personally and professionally. 

Tamalla has been a member of CAI (Community Association Institute) as a CMCA, Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Past-President and Board Member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA).
