Yvonne Thomas

Yvonne Thomas has served in many positions in the real estate industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the operations, training, and property management side of residential real estate, she brings a wealth of real-world application to the classroom. Yvonne holds a license in GA as a sales professional and as a certified real estate instructor. In her career she has served as the Training Director for the largest brokerage in the Southeast, launched a Realogy Franchise in Canada, and launched a real estate school for a regional brokerage.

Yvonne is passionate about building teams, cultivating her staff with knowledge and excitement. She is a firm believer in the Capitus Mission Statement and brings that mindset to her classroom and students. Yvonne is the proud mother of an Adult Georgia State student, completing an interdisciplinary degree in Theatre Arts and Gender/Race Studies. In her free time, Yvonne enjoys taking her 20-foot teardrop camper on road trips with her two dogs. Yvonne speaks Dutch and German fluently, as she moved from The Netherlands to the United States in 1991.
