This course satisfies the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics training requirement. REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within a three-year cycle. The current three-year cycle will end Dec. 31, 2024.

This class is intended for new members of the ATLANTA COMMERCIAL BOARD OF REALTORS®.

New ACBR members must take a Code of Ethics program within the first six months of joining the Board to fulfill a membership requirement.

If you are not a new ACBR member, you can still attend this course to satisfy NAR's Code of Ethics Training requirement at the non-member rate.

Ann Cyphers

Ann Cyphers is president of Cyphers Brokerage Associates, Inc., an Atlanta-based commercial real estate firm. During her 30-year career, she has successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of leases and sales transactions. Ann has been a licensed instructor for 25 years teaching prelicense, broker, post license and continuing education courses.

Ms. Cyphers accomplished NAIOP's (National Association of Industrial and Office Property Owners) Million Dollar Club membership and Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. Ann has served on the Board of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) as Vice President of Community Affairs and received CREW's Development Deal of the Year Award 2004 and CREW's Shining Light Award. Ann received Ackerman & Company's Landlord Representation Award and has been featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's "Who's Who" List. Additionally, she has served on Dorey's advisory board and the board of Progressive Redevelopment, an Atlanta based affordable housing developer. GREEA (Georgia Real Estate Educators Association) recently awarded her The Outstanding Career Award.
